C'mon people! Let's get some ideas! Here are the expected features of the website so far:

    Quote
    • Simple and Advanced Flight search whereby multiple criteria can be chosen including the requested features
    • Full integration of Google Maps across the website for route maps, flights etc
    • Logbook improvements whereby users can look at each pirep, search the pireps etc
    • Pilots will be awarded when they reach certain milestones in their ARB career such as changing rank which will all be displayed in the profile
    • Better enforcement of the 30-day pirep rule & the ability to exclude people from this such as staff and LOAs
    • Suggest flights that the pilots might like to fly
    • Private messaging feature
    • Video area whereby users can give us the link to a youtube video for admin approval
    • Application for an In Flight Entertainment system – and will have live TV feeds, videos etc
    • Better integration of social networking sites e.g. Facebook, twitter & Bookmarking sites
    • Improved Help/FAQ section
    • Improved statistics of both pilot and airline
    • Multiple language versions of the website provided by Google Language API
    • Forgotten password recovery tool
    • Quicker user sign up time – allows them to perform basic functions until admin approval

    More ideas are needed![/list]

    i got a few ideas,
in the homepage where we search for a flight, there should even be a search "by aircraft"
and also...well...only thing remaining is  for the ACARS or any other type of flight recorder to be established for our airline.
i av a question...for any ACARS to work, should the pilot be flying on VATSIM or IVAO or can it even record when you are offline?
because, there are not many ATC controllers for the gulf and flying in airspaces with no ATC is really boring.  Tongue

I think that the introduction of an automated flight recording system should be our No. 1 priority. Next perhaps extending our routes into "say code-shares" to join up with our Global Partners or re-inventing ourselves with new liveries on brand new routes exclusive to that livery. I actually believe that you may be being a little too sensitive as I think everything is working fine because if you really want to extend your flight destinations there are great opportunities in Japan with Asia Airlines through "Western" where there are great "downloadable" airports and sceneries with all sorts of short and longer flights.

Is it possible to fly return trips from any airport destination in our timetable to the point of departure? (I noticed that, for example, I can fly LIRF to LIMC but not the return leg?) My decisions on flying are based on searching on a "daily" basis, am I missing something and there are always return legs somewhere else in the table?. Happy flying as always, Walter.
P.S. Fly VATSIM, it's brilliant, a few days ago I flew LIRF to LIMC and had coverage virtually all the way, a flight plan change to a new way-point, VOG, a QNH correction, managed to land at 35L instead of 35R all in the space of a 1 hour flight, bliss!

I agree with that we should use one of the flight logging systems which can track online and offline flights, this would make sure that offline flights are actually flown. Also how about a training acadamy run by members who have got much experiance and flying hours to help the new pilots.
