This is exactly what I am pushing for. I would like to see a system where new members get a week to perform their first flight. If they fail to do this, they are wiped from the roster and have to re-apply. The same if all members haven't flown within one calender month. We have too many members here that have not flown for us yet. I think another purge of the roster from our HR manager should remove all the pilots with 0.0 by the side of their name. It's always the same 4 or 5 people flying for us when we have a roster of around 200 people
Unfortunately some people can't fly every month!
