* Arabian Airlines Human Resources director Matthew Creamer has announced his resignation from his post due to his continued pursuit of a real world aviation career - one that will require his full attention. While we are sad to see Mr. Creamer go, we are happy for him and wish him the best of luck in his real world aviation career. He will still be with us, though he will be working in the new Support Division announced below
* Arabian Airlines is looking for qualified individuals from the following areas: North America, Europe/Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Australia, to assist the company by becoming part of our new Support Division. This Support Division will be created for the sole purpose of provided 24 hour support to our pilots. This will include password recovery, account information, PiRep support, and fleet installation support. If you would like to volunteer for this position, please email

Arabian Airlines will begin having a Pilot of the Month program in which we recognize pilots who have flown the most for this company! We hope to offer prizes in the future, which include payware products, coupons, and other FS Merchandize to help motivate pilots to fly.
* Arabian Board of Directors Meetings Open to Pilots! Arabian Airlines management has begun setting firm dates for staff meetings that will be conducted on skype. The meetings will be held on the first and third Saturday of every month at 1630GMT. The meetings are scheduled for the following dates: August 16, 2009 1630GMT, September 6, 2009 1630GMT, September 20, 2009 1630GMT, October 4, 2009 1630GMT, October 18, 2009 1630GMT, November 1, 2009 1630GMT, November 5, 2009 1630GMT, December 6, 2009 1630GMT, and December 20, 2009 1630GMT. Pilots are welcome to attend and help give us more insight for our operations and how best to improve it!
* TraverlerMagazine looking for staff! We are looking for editors, writers and public relations staff to help get our TravelerMagazine back up and running! We have a new website up at
http://arabianva.com/travelermagazine/ for the Magazine, which was a hit in 2006. We’re looking to bring it back and make it one of the centerpieces at Arabian Airlines.
A Personal Message from Company CEO Mahmoud Fadli
Arabian Airlines Pilots & Staff,
It has been a very long eight years now since Arabian opened its doors in 2001, and since then, we have continued to evolve our operations with a goal to provide the best that we can, with the resources we have. As you know, many of us are working professionals and students with real world careers and obligations, and yet, despite this, find the time to continue to run this wonderful organization.
I wanted to talk to you personally about the changes that are to come to Arabian Airlines in the coming few months. These changes are nothing but positive ones - we are getting a new website, bringing our magazine back, and implementing new features that will help make Arabian Airlines truly one of the top airlines out there. However, these features cannot take us to the top unless we have dedicated pilots and staff working with us to help us keep our minds open to new possibilities and opportunities that arise. As you know, our staff is very limited at the moment, and we are working hard to change that. What we are looking for now is you - members of our pilot community, to step forward and help take on the roles that will truly help us grow. Human Resources Staff, Hub Managers, and Fleet Managers are very much in high demand here at Arabian Airlines, and each of you have unique experiences and ideas that will be worth a lot to us, and the company.
Thus, I am asking that those of you who feel like you can take charge and take on a few extra responsibilities please step up and let us know - we need the insight, the constructive criticism, and most importantly, the foundations to build an ever better and more active community. When we say our slogan is “Uniting People. Uniting Worlds™,” we mean it, and we strive to live up to it in our daily operations.
